Prospective
families will be interviewed by the principal and approved by the
pastors. The following documentation is required:

completed application form must be accompanied by a registration fee
of $150.00

Copy
of the student's birth certificate

Up-to-date
immunization records

Last
completed grade's report card and current grade's report card

Signed
parent and student pledges
-
Completed
emergency card
The
current Hidden Springs Christian School handbook must also be read by
parents and students

All
kindergarten students must be five years of age by December 1st
A
Final
acceptance or rejection is the responsibility of the school
administration. Acceptance of the student will be based on the
personal interview with parents and students, and/or recommendations
concerning character, attitude, general promise, and evaluation results.
